💼 The Role
As part of the EMEA Sales Operations team, you’ll partner with sales leadership to make our sellers as efficient and effective as possible while ensuring the best experience with sales tools and processes. You’ll play a key role in:
- Streamlining sales processes and optimising sales operations
- Driving incentive compensation, pipeline management, deal desk support, and productivity management
- Delivering insights through data analysis and operational experience to guide sales strategy
- Partnering with technology and analytics teams to implement tools, reporting, and automation
- Supporting both in-house and outsourced sales teams across multiple brands
- Exploring innovative ways to deliver value, leveraging AI and automation
This role requires a self-starter who can handle the day-to-day with precision while also identifying transformational opportunities for sales productivity.
🔑 What You’ll Bring
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years in Sales Ops / Rev Ops roles
- Proficient in SQL and Python (Pandas, PySpark)
- Strong experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP)
- Background in building ETL/ELT solutions and data modelling
- Advanced Excel / Power BI / VBA skills
- 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce (essential)
Preferred Skills
- Experience launching CRM/tools into sales organisations
- Exposure to BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
- Familiarity with tools such as Gong, Outreach, Seismic
- Knowledge of GitHub workflows
