You’ll lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies, ensuring alignment with broader business goals, revenue targets, and brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy, ensuring optimal performance and strong relationships with platform partners (e.g. Google & Meta)
- Provide clear leadership and direction across marketing and communications activity
- Manage and develop a team of editors, including oversight of flagship content initiatives
- Lead coaching and training to strengthen team capability and performance
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets to drive efficiency and results
- Oversee cross-channel strategy, including digital, CRM, and email marketing
- Champion data-driven decision making, using insights to shape strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Rebuild and optimise email marketing programmes, including segmentation and automation strategies
- Establish operational excellence through clear processes and scalable ways of working
- Act as a senior stakeholder partner, confidently communicating strategy and performance across leadership teams
- Drive a high-performance, accountable team culture
- Ensure marketing activity strengthens brand equity and delivers a consistent, high-quality customer experience
