We’re working with a well-established independent design and branding agency with over 25 years of experience delivering brands that perform. This is a tight-knit, highly creative studio made up of strategic thinkers, designers, writers, developers and animators, collaborating to produce compelling online experiences and meaningful marketing communications. Their client roster spans global sports brands, technology pioneers, national charities and professional services organisations, and they’re now looking for a confident mid-senior weight Designer to support a busy period of delivery across January and February.
The Role
You’ll be joining the studio to support a large volume of creative output (circa 80 assets) across multiple workstreams for a hands‑on global client. The core brand and design direction is already established, your role will be to apply brand guidelines with precision, elevate execution, and deliver consistently high‑quality creative across channels. You’ll work closely with Creative Directors in a fast‑paced agency environment where attention to detail is critical.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Digital campaign assets across multiple channels
- Landing pages and website content
- Social media templates and assets
- Branding and visual identity roll‑out
- UI and web design (no animation required)
- Supporting and applying existing brand guidelines at scale
What We’re Looking For
- A mid‑senior weight Designer with strong agency experience
- Proven background in branding, web design, UI/UX, and digital campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail — this is a global brand with high standards
- Confident working across multiple workstreams and asset types
- Comfortable taking direction and collaborating closely with Creative Directors
- Experience designing for social media, websites, and digital platforms
- Calm, organised, and effective in a fast‑paced studio environment
- Figma, Google Workspace, Dropbox
- Laptop provided
Location & Working Pattern
Hybrid – Occasional visits to their office in Guildford, Surrey, Remote mostly. Candidates must be able to attend the office.
