Working for a huge brand with millions of customers, the Marketing Technology Manager will drive adoption and commercialisation of marketing technology platforms, including CRO, customer data platforms, and overall optimisation activities. You will work closely with adjacent marketing teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, maximise conversions, and increase the value of marketing investments.

The Marketing Technology Manager will be responsible for:

  • Optimisation and data-driven decision making, conducting website and campaign performance analysis to generate actionable insights and optimise marketing strategies across key touchpoints (website, email, paid media, etc.)
  • Martech adoption and commercialisation, working with internal teams to ensure marketing technology capabilities align with business priorities
  • Refining audience segmentation, integrating new data sources and driving personalisation initiatives to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes
  • Planning, managing, and implementing an A/B testing and personalisation roadmap to improve user experience and conversion rates
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on marketing technology strategy and best practices
  • Owning and delivering martech related projects on time and within budget, ensuring efficiency and governance
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, adopting new martech tools and methodologies to enhance marketing effectiveness
