Social Media Campaign Specialist

Location: London (Hybrid)

Rate: £155 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract Length: 12 Months

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Campaign Specialist to support the delivery and optimization of digital advertising and branded content campaigns across a social platforms, YouTube and branded sites across a diverse portfolio of clients and industry sectors, including Fashion, Beauty, Consumer Goods, Technology, Finance, Home, and Lifestyle

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented digital media professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys analysing performance data, and can effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched successfully, optimised for performance, and deliver valuable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, video channels, and publisher websites.
  • Build and launch campaigns accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse audience data, historical campaign results, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Produce in-flight reporting and end-of-campaign performance recaps, highlighting successes, learnings, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve campaign delivery, tracking, or account issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign objectives and ensure best-in-class execution.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience managing and optimising digital media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of media and marketing KPIs, performance metrics, branded content, ad technology, and advertising platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate findings into meaningful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Hybrid working model based in London
  • Candidates must be based within commuting distance of London and available to attend the office for training sessions, team meetings, and other business requirements when needed
  • 12-month contract opportunity.
