Working for a fast-growing, sustainability focused B2B business, the Performance Marketing Manager will own full-funnel digital marketing across PPC, paid social, SEO and CRO. Following a period of rapid acquisition and integration, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with significant investment in people, systems and commercial excellence.
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- End-to-end campaign delivery across paid and organic channels
- Channel budgets, forecasting and performance pacing against pipeline targets
- Full-funnel strategy spanning awareness through to conversion
- Tracking, attribution and measurement frameworks across Google Tag Manager and ad platforms
- CRO initiatives including landing page optimisation and A/B testing
- eCommerce strategy supporting customer self-serve and online account management
- Effectively managing paid media and CRO agency
The Performance Marketing Manager will have:
- SEO experience
- Proven ability to deliver measurable growth and optimise end-to-end digital funnels
