We’re partnering with a global premium beauty and skincare brand to appoint a Global Creative & Campaign Project Manager into their London-based in-house team. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience working client side in a campaign management team with beauty brand exposure. This is a key role within a fast-growing and emerging international beauty brand, supporting the delivery of high-impact global campaigns across digital, retail, social and experiential touchpoints. The position sits at the intersection of brand, creative and regional marketing teams and is ideal for someone who combines strong project discipline with a deep understanding of the creative processes.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Global Brand Lead, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of global campaigns and creative asset delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest creative standards. You’ll act as the operational link between global strategy and regional execution, working across multiple markets and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global brand campaigns, launches and seasonal activations from briefing through to delivery
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines and workflows
- Oversee multi-channel asset production (digital, social, retail, PR, influencer, experiential)
- Coordinate agencies, production partners and internal stakeholders
- Manage budgets, costings, POs and production efficiencies
- Identify risks, resolve issues and keep delivery on track
- Lead post-campaign reviews and performance recaps
Creative Operations
- Act as the central point of contact for creative workflow and asset management
- Partner closely with Creative, Brand and Regional teams to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery
- Own creative trackers, asset libraries and DAM governance
- Oversee localisation and adaptation of global creative toolkits
- Ensure version control and adherence to brand guidelines
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with global Brand, PR, Influencer and eCommerce teams
- Liaise with regional marketing teams to capture local needs and feedback
- Manage feedback loops and creative review processes with discipline
Process & Improvement
- Champion best-practice project management tools and processes (e.g. Asana)
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities to scale asset production, including the use of Gen AI
- Track and report on project status, risks and dependencies
Candidate Profile
- 5-7+ years’ experience in creative operations, marketing project management or integrated campaign delivery
- Background in beauty, wellness or lifestyle brands highly desirable
- Strong understanding of creative development from concept to production
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-channel campaigns
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
- Experience with DAM systems and project management tools
- Calm, solutions-focused and resilient under pressure
