Marketing and Insights Analyst wanted to join one of the largest banks in the UK who are currently innovating the payments space. Sitting within their Go To Market and Commercialisation team you will be solving a wide range of business problems through data and insights. Identifying what data is needed, and creating recommendations for the business based on this.
Essential Skills
- Solid experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
- Champion in usage of JIRA and Confluence (and similar toolsets)
- Experience working in fast paced Agile environment (Scrum) functioning at scaled (e.g. SAFe)
- Experience of working within one of the following: FX payments, Wallets, Payments or Multi-Currency Cards
- Analytically minded, with the ability to solve business problems through insights and recommendations
- Commercial experience is key for this role, and an understanding of how data and insights can be used to impact financially
- Strong communication skills, as you will be engaging with a wide range of teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to understand complex structures and business needs
