HR Manager – Global Fashion Retailer

Salary: 60K + 15% bonus London / Hybrid: 3 days on site We are pleased to be partnering with a global fashion retailer on an exciting HR Manager role.

Sitting in a dynamic and collaborative people team, you will support retail teams across the UK and Ireland and partner with the business to drive change and ensure a positive working environment.

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of HR in a true generalist capacity.

Working alongside an HR Advisor and a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work together to deliver HR initiatives that enhance culture, wellbeing and inclusion across the business.

This role requires a strategic thinker, strong interpersonal skills and a passion for HR.

Key

Responsibilities: Partner closely with senior stakeholders in the business to design, implement, and deliver effective HR solutions.

Advise and manage all Employee Relations (ER) matters in a fair and consistent manner, promoting a positive workplace culture.

Provide guidance and support on recruitment activities, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

Contribute to retention and engagement projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience.

Drive Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee growth and skill development.

Collaborate with the HR Advisor and Talent Acquisition Specialist to achieve departmental goals.

Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices in the retail sector.

Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Manager in the retail sector is essential.

Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Confidence and motivation to proactively address HR challenges and opportunities.

A genuine passion for HR and a commitment to promoting a positive work environment.
