A consumer app fintech is looking for a Head of Design as they continue their ambitious scaling plans both domestically and internationally. Leading their experience design team, you will manage design all their product areas and be responsible for the fintech's design output across experience and visual. You will be responsible for design strategy as they look to grow in new markets globally, as well as developing a strong design culture and maturity. They are a scaling business, and actively working to hire best in class talent will be a huge part of the role. You will need proven experience of managing senior designers and design leads. They will need someone who can come into their London office, they are ideally 2-3 days a week but can be flexible on this.
