As Growth Manager you will be:

  • The key link between their Marketing, Sales and Data teams focused on driving customer acquisition through a range of different channels and platforms – you will be defining the strategy and directing teams across the business to execute.
  • Developing data sets that the Marketing and Sales teams can use to target specific areas.
  • Maintaining a database of locations across the UK.
  • Optimising their pitch across all channels based on insights to make the proposition more attractive to customers.
  • Owning acquisition targets and reporting.
  • Developing and keeping track of the highest performing mix of acquisition activity.

As Growth Manager you will have:

  • A data-driven approach to work; experience using data visualisation tools would be beneficial.
  • The ability to translate data into actionable insights for the business.
  • Experience working closely with a range of teams including Sales, Marketing and Data.
  • Good reporting and measurement experience to track activity.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills are key for this role.
