I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global media and publishing organisation for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join their commercial content team on an exciting short-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to work across premium digital and print campaigns for internationally recognised editorial brands, delivering high-profile commercial projects for major clients in a fast-paced publishing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of branded content campaigns across digital and print.
- Deliver native advertising campaigns and bespoke commercial content.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects with internal teams, clients and external partners.
- Oversee budgets, forecasting and project financials, including P&L management.
- Monitor campaign performance and reporting, including social media and digital analytics.
- Collaborate with editorial, creative, production, commercial and technical teams.
- Manage campaign delivery from planning through to final execution.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and clients.
- Support commercial photo and video shoots where required.
Requirements:
- Proven Project Management experience within digital advertising, publishing, media or an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of branded content and native advertising.
- Experience managing projects from concept through delivery using recognised project management methodologies.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial management experience, including budgets and forecasting.
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with CMS platforms to create or manage editorial content.
- Good understanding of SEO principles, including metadata, keywords and link equity.
- Experience using Google Analytics to report on digital campaign performance.
- Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools.
