The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Owning the vision, roadmap and continuous improvement of a high-profile web platform
- Translating business priorities into clear, prioritised product backlogs and strategic plans
- Working cross functionally with marketing, design, engineering and analytics
- Proactively identifying opportunities in data
- Defining OKRs and measuring the success of digital journeys and features
- Staying close to delivery and owning the analytics that prove impact
The Digital Product Manager will have:
- Proven digital product experience managing customer facing websites
- Experience with web platforms, UX, funnel optimisation, journey mapping and analytics
- Familiarity with paid media and customer acquisition journeys
- Strong stakeholder manager, comfortable navigating complexity and managing expectations
- Background in premium or luxury would be ideal
