Working for a leading telco with millions of customers, the Lead Customer Retention Manager will work to increase customer retention, reduce churn, drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities and ultimately increase revenue.
The Lead Customer Retention Manager will work cross functionally with teams across the whole business including the wider marketing team, data/analytics, finance and more.
This is a strategic role, but needs someone who is just as comfortable executing as they are setting out the strategy.
The Lead Customer Retention Manager will have: Lots of experience in a CRM / customer retention role at a subscription based business e. g. telco / telecoms, mobile, broadband, utilities, TV, entertainment, etc.
