We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join a globally recognised entertainment organisation known for producing and distributing world‑class TV content across multiple platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to support a Creative team covering content across the EMEA markets, helping to deliver engaging visual storytelling across broadcast, digital, and marketing campaigns for a portfolio of well‑known children’s entertainment channels and brands.
About the Role
As a Creative Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life through high‑quality graphic design. Working closely with a Design Manager, fellow designers, producers, and wider creative stakeholders, you’ll help execute ideas that are visually compelling, on‑brand, and tailored for a young audience across multiple territories. You’ll be contributing to everything from channel graphics and key visuals to marketing assets and social/digital creative, ensuring consistency, clarity, and strong visual impact across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver creative assets across broadcast, digital, social, marketing, and internal channels
- Create and adapt key visuals, channel branding, and campaign materials in multiple formats
- Develop assets from existing briefs, concepts, and brand toolkits
- Collaborate with designers, producers, and stakeholders to deliver effective creative solutions
- Contribute ideas during brainstorms and creative discussions
- Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and creative standards
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Take feedback on board and implement revisions accurately and efficiently
- Stay up to date with design trends and developments in kids’ entertainment and media
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience in graphic design (media, entertainment, or agency background ideal)
- Strong portfolio showing solid fundamentals: layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand application
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Collaborative, proactive, and positive team player
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics or presentation tools (e.g. After Effects, PowerPoint, InDesign)
- Exposure to children’s entertainment or youth‑focused content
- Additional European language skills
