We're looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to lead the strategy and own a significant annual media budget (tens of millions £) across paid search, brand channels, meta search, affiliates and programmatic for a large, complex consumer travel business.
You’ll lead a team of 10 covering paid search, digital channels, meta search and a small marketing analytics function. Paid search is the largest single channel at around 50% of spend, with the rest split across brand channels (TV, radio, OOH, paid social), meta search, affiliates and programmatic/display.
The Head of Performance Marketing will have:
- Experience leading performance marketing strategy at large complex businesses
- Ideally come from travel or airline, if not strong candidates from other backgrounds will be considered e.g. retail, ecommerce, telco, finance
- Managed significant budgets
- Deep paid search expertise
- Excellent analytical skills and a data driven mindset
