Head of Product Management & Marketing Recruitment at RedCat Digital
Working for a sustainability focused organisation that provides essential services and products to businesses across multiple sectors and sizes (from SME\’s to large corporates), the Head of Digital will own digital strategy, performance marketing and optimisation across all channels.
Following a period of rapid acquisition and integration, the company is entering an exciting new phase of growth, with significant investment in people, systems and commercial excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver full-funnel digital strategies across paid media, SEO/SEM, CRO, website, social and email
- Own digital KPIs and drive performance through analytics, optimisation and testing
- Lead advanced measurement and support responsible AI use in marketing operations
- Manage and mentor a team of digital specialists
- Oversee digital budgets, agency relationships and MarTech platforms
Qualifications
- Plenty of digital marketing experience with strong paid media, ideally in B2B subscription
- Proven ability to deliver measurable growth and optimise end-to-end digital funnels
- Skills in analytics, CRO, paid media, SEO/SEM and automation
- Experience leading teams, influencing stakeholders and operating in fast-paced, transformation environments
- Potential fit: Performance Marketing Lead, Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Head of eCommerce, etc.
- Potential industry experience: retail, telco/telecoms, utilities, ecommerce, etc.
Salary & Benefits
£85-105k + bonus + benefits
