For years, the business has been brilliant at launching new products. Now the focus has turned: the CEO-level priority is making those products genuinely world-class for the millions of customers who use them every day. Design has a bigger seat at the table than ever before — and this role is central to that.

You’ll work closely with Product, Technology, and senior CX leaders to shape long-term strategy and raise the bar on design quality across the organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll define the vision, build the culture and be accountable for both the quality of output and its measurable impact on customers and the business.
The Head of Design will have:
- Strong design leadership and strategy experience at leading consumer brands
- Built and managed high performing teams of product designers and ideally other types of designers too e.g. service designers or content designers
- Delivered measurable impact
- A data driven approach
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
Candidates could come from any consumer sector e.g. retail, ecommerce, finance, media, entertainment, gaming, etc. Candidates could come from roles such as Head of Product Design, Director of Design, Product Design Director, etc. This is a great opportunity for a Head of Design to join a household name brand and drive real change that impacts millions of customers.
