The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end design across new ventures, from early discovery to launch
- Working at varying fidelity - quick and scrappy for learning, polished for shipping
- Speaking directly to customers and running research to validate or kill ideas fast
- Focusing mainly on consumer product design, with some involvement in the B2B/backend systems behind it
- Getting involved in some brand/identity work for new ventures, if interested
The Senior Product Designer will have:
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design work
- Ideally worked in scrappy, high-growth environments on 0-1 products, however not a must-have
- Experience in healthtech is advantageous, but any consumer / b2c experience product design work is OK
