A fast-growing digital business is looking for a Data Analyst to join its expanding eCommerce division. This is a newly created role within a growing team and offers the opportunity to shape reporting and insight in a highly commercial, data-driven environment.

The Data Analyst will enhance reporting capability, improve data visibility and drive better commercial decisions. The Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Owning and developing reporting dashboards across eCommerce performance
  • Delivering actionable insights to support trading, marketing and product teams
  • Building and maintaining dashboards
  • Analysing trends across customer journeys, pricing, conversion and revenue
  • Supporting ongoing optimisation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify new data opportunities

The Data Analyst will have:

  • Experience in data analysis at eCommerce, marketplace or digital trading focused businesses
  • Experience with marketing analytics, in particular affiliate marketing would be ideal
  • Experience with Power BI and Tableau
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
  • SQL experience would be beneficial
