Base pay range
Working for a market leading travel brand, the CRM Manager will design, deliver and optimise automated marketing journeys that will increase customer satisfaction, drive engagement and unlock commercial value. The role will be a mix of working on automation of existing “classic” journeys (e.g. abandon basket), as well as building out brand new automations.
You’ll lead a small team of CRM specialists, delivering best in class campaigns (both in the UK and internationally) that enhance the customer experience and boost lifetime value through a wide range of automated messaging across the full customer lifecycle.
The CRM Manager will be responsible for:
- Building and leading a top tier CRM automation strategy aligned with commercial goals
- Mapping out critical customer journey touchpoints and creating tailored communications that delight, inform, and convert
- Setting up, managing and refining automated workflows across email and other communication channels, ensuring the right message hits at the right moment
- Developing targeted lifecycle campaigns that support customers from their very first interaction through to becoming loyal repeat customers
- Continuously testing, measuring and optimising automation journeys to maximise impact on retention and revenue
- Managing and developing a talented team of CRM specialists
- Working closely with the wider marketing team
The CRM Manager will have:
- Experience in CRM, particularly automated campaigns
- Strong understanding and experience of marketing automation tools and platforms
- Candidates could come from industries like travel, retail, ecommerce, hospitality, gaming, etc.
- Could have come from other roles like Marketing Automation Manager, Email Marketing Manager, etc.
