Working for a big brand financial services organisation, the Senior UX & Digital Designer will own core customer journeys and deliver a top-tier digital experience for their millions of customers. You’ll completely redesign key areas of the website, working with an external creative agency, plus contributing to wider journey improvements.

The Senior UX & Digital Designer will be responsible for:

  • Driving continuous improvement of the website using user data and feedback
  • Leading redesign of key areas of the website with a creative agency partner
  • Partnering with MarTech to personalise and optimise the customer journeys
  • Liaising with product, compliance and advertising control stakeholders
  • Working with an offshore team to implement and test changes

The Senior UX & Digital Designer will have:

  • Experience in digital and UX/UI design within a large, complex organisation
  • Come from a regulated industry e.g. financial services, banking, fintech, insurance, etc.
  • Must have strong Figma experience
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
