We’re excited to be partnering with a leading, fast-growing organisation to recruit a Talent Advisor to join their dynamic talent function. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting business growth by attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across multiple locations.
As a Talent Advisor, you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver a high-quality, consistent recruitment service. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience from attraction through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a consistent, structured recruitment process
- Manage multiple vacancies across different business units using an ATS
- Screen and assess candidates, presenting high-quality shortlists
- Support and continuously improve the onboarding experience to ensure new hires are set up for success
- Participate in interviews and support offer development for successful candidates
- Assist with workforce planning and identifying future talent needs
- Ensure compliance with reference checking and data protection processes
- Explore and evaluate different sourcing channels and recruitment methods
- Optimise recruitment tools and systems to enhance the candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding journey
- Track and analyse market trends including salaries, job titles, and competitor activity
- Support early careers initiatives, including apprenticeship programme coordination
- Contribute to the development of recruitment and learning materials within the LMS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or talent-focused role
- Strong understanding of recruitment methods and sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and employee development practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
