BI Reporting Analyst – Sales & Marketing Analytics
Location: London Hybrid
12 months Contract
£333/day inside IR35
Global marketing technology leader are looking for a confident BI Reporting Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and business strategy to support our high-impact Sales and Marketing teams.
Sales Operations experience is a must!
🔍 What You\’ll Do:
- Become a subject-matter expert in our sales tools and data sources.
- Prepare and maintain insightful sales reports and dashboards using Salesforce.com, Gong, Excel, and optionally Tableau, QlikView and Alteryx.
- Perform data audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with global Business Analyst peers to share and implement best practices.
- Contribute to the qualification of requirements for new features and process improvements.
- Partner with Marketing to support lead generation campaigns and ensure timely lead delivery to Sales.
- Act as a representative for the Sales team in cross-functional tool and process enhancement discussions.
- Support process adoption efforts and provide training or support to sales agents.
- (Bonus) Lead projects by coordinating stakeholders, tracking needs, and managing timelines and delivery.
🛠️ Key Skills & Experience:
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, MATCH, INDEX, complex formulas).
- Strong analytical ability to draw insights from complex data sets and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience with Salesforce.com reporting and dashboarding.
- Understanding of relational databases and data structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast learner with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Comfortable influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience with data automation, project management, or visualization tools like Tableau/QlikView/Alteryx
