DSP Solution Lead (Maternity Cover – 12 Months)

Are you a programmatic expert with a knack for technical sales and client engagement? We’re looking for a DSP Solution Lead on a 12-month maternity cover to join a fast-growing, innovative team focused on bringing new product solutions to market.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with sellers and clients (direct and agency) to drive adoption of DSP solutions across display, CTV, video, mobile, and DOOH.
  • Help shape the roadmap by identifying which new features and products clients would value most.
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities by developing creative campaign strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between technical product teams and clients, translating complex solutions into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with a small, agile team to ensure executional excellence while providing insights into programmatic and media trends.
  • Deliver presentations, demos, and client trainings—both online and in-person.
  • Maintain at least one client-facing meeting per week, with office presence twice a week for collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a DSP or agency environment with a strong programmatic focus (PPC/search experience is a bonus).
  • Analytical mindset with a client-facing approach; able to provide insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Comfortable navigating technical discussions with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns, strategy, or product adoption in programmatic media.
  • Agile, proactive, and highly organized—thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Available to start sooner than 4th May.
