Redcastle Family School is seeking an enthusiastic, positive, child‑focused Teaching and Learning Assistant to support our EYFS cohorts. This is an exciting opportunity to have a significant impact on outcomes for children.

We look for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and meets the following qualifications and qualities:
- Has high expectations.
- Encourages children to develop in all aspects of their learning, including both socially and emotionally, promoting the school’s nurturing ethos.
- Appreciates the need to work as a team to face challenges together.
- Has the ability to reflect on and develop their classroom practice.
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Has a Level 2 Early Years qualification, or is working toward one.
- Has Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training upon appointment).
