We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative to help build and scale our pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, and is critical in driving growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. This is not a “script-based” SDR role — we are looking for someone who can think, experiment, and create opportunities in a modern B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee a daily number of calls
- Identify and engage target accounts across defined industries/countries
- Generate qualified meetings through outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls) and inbound follow-up
- Research prospects and personalize outreach based on their context
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs before handing over to sales/presales and handle technical objections
- Manage and maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and campaigns
- Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Years of experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- English proficiency required C1 minimum
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Curiosity, ownership and a proactive mindset
- Comfort with dynamic and fluid environments
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) is a plus
- Experience with outbound tools and LinkedIn prospecting is a plus
