The Early Help Youth & Community Service in Redcar & Cleveland are looking for people like you to directly deliver inspiring, creative and inclusive youth activities that make positive impacts on young people’s lives, through the ‘Power of Youth Work’. We are looking to recruit both experienced and inexperienced youth workers who are passionate about youth for our open access youth sessions, to build up our experienced existing teams and for our targeted youth sessions such as our children with disabilities youth projects.

Each post available will be from 2.5 hrs and will range from Level 1 to 3 dependent on skills and experience with a salary between £13.26 - £14.84 per hour. Youth group sessions are delivered across the year, there is term time only provision and school holidays provision available in various locations across the borough.

Casual Register

If you feel you are unable to commit weekly, we are also recruiting to our Casual Register of Youth Workers and Children with Disabilities Youth Support Workers to occasionally cover group sessions and activities that may include evenings, weekend and/or school holiday times. As a youth worker on our casual register, you would be working on an as required basis and sessions could be in any area of the borough of Redcar & Cleveland.
