An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker to join one of our dedicated Children In Our Care teams. Redcar & Cleveland are looking for a confident and experienced Social Worker to manage a case load of looked after children who may be in a variety of settings such as foster care, residential homes or family and friends arrangements.
Do you have a passion for working with Children in Care, building and maintaining positive relationships, working collaboratively with multi-agency partners, supporting families, completing assessments, reviewing and progressing care plans, supporting placements for vulnerable children and young people, putting them, their families and carers at the centre of everything you do?
