You will be a crucial part of a network around a family, helping them to ensure their children are safe and reaching their potential. You will work alongside social work and multi‑agency colleagues and form positive relationships with children, young people and their important grown‑ups.
You will provide practical help at the earliest opportunity to enable families to make significant and sustained changes that will impact positively upon themselves and their children.
Responsibilities
You should have excellent verbal skills to build rapport and great written skills to ensure the child’s records reflect our involvement. You can work on your own and as part of a team.
