The Intermediate Care Team is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for a temporary 12-month period.

The Deputy Manager will work under the direction of the Manager and deputise for them as required, supporting the aims and objectives of the Intermediate Care Centre.

You will ensure that the service meets the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Care Quality Commission standards, and Redcar & Cleveland Quality Standards.

You will be part of the Home’s Senior Management Team with lead responsibility for staff management and support to residents.

Take responsibility in the absence of the Manager for the day-to-day running of the Home, ensuring that appropriate staffing levels are maintained.

The Deputy Manager is also expected to be part of an on-call rota system.
