The Junction Foundation are seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver targeted support to young people as part of their Pathways to Wellness service. Role Description

The Junction Foundation are looking for a passionate Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver targeted support to children and young people as part of their Pathways to Wellness service. This role is funded by The National Lottery, made possible by National Lottery players. You will work directly with individuals and families to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted support to children and young people as part of the Pathways to Wellness service.
  • Work directly with individuals and families to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive outcomes.
  • Record interventions and outcomes, including escalating risk and supporting appropriate discharge pathways.
  • Deliver evidence-based early intervention and prevention emotional wellbeing support for children and young people aged 5‑25 across South Tees (Redcar and Cleveland and Middlesbrough).
