The Junction Foundation are seeking an Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator to support the delivery and development of their Pathways to Wellness service. They believe in building trust, self‑belief, and a sense of belonging through positive relationships and meaningful participation. The successful candidate will lead on coordinating provision, supporting staff, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes for children and young people.
Purpose of the RoleTo support the delivery of evidence based early intervention and prevention emotional wellbeing support for children and young people aged 5‑25 years, across South Tees through effective coordination of waiting list, case management and quality practice oversight and line management support. To be responsible and accountable for the correct recording, and reporting of project outcomes and impact data for a range of formats and audiences. To support vulnerable and disadvantaged children and young people with emotional and mental ill health to rise above life’s challenges, build resilience and achieve positive outcomes, while advocating and communicating their needs across systems.
