Due to a successful bid to evidence the difference that Detached Youth Work can make to young lives, The Junction Foundation are recruiting within their youth service. They are seeking a Detached Project Coordinator with experience of working within an informal environment to join their street-based teams. Purpose of the RoleTo support positive outcomes for children and young people. To lead a team of Youth Support Workers and Group Leads, taking overall responsibility for project leadership, monitoring, evaluation and reporting in line with project outcomes and reporting requirements. Plan, coordinate and quality-assure target youth support provision, including session planning, risk assessments, rota preparation, supervision and team meetings, working within the principles and values of The Junction at all times. Operational decision making within agreed frameworks for performance, finance, HR, H&S, Outcomes. Drive continuous improvement and predicting emerging needs.
