Property Representatives are often the first point of contact for our clients and applicants. They're right at the frontline - answering enquiries, speaking to buyers, arranging and conducting viewings and making sure people receive the Redbrik experience from their very first interaction.
It's a role for someone who loves people, thrives on pace and is brilliant at making a great first impression.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and deal with customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Respond to property enquiries across phone, email and digital channels.
- Register and qualify new applicants.
- Understand what buyers are looking for and match them with suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Follow up viewings and gather valuable feedback.
- Maintain regular contact with applicants and potential buyers.
- Identify opportunities to introduce buyers to other suitable properties.
- Support the Sales Negotiators and Property Consultants with day-to-day sales activity.
- Help generate new enquiries and maximise opportunities from every conversation.
- Keep property and applicant information accurate and up to date.
- Provide a friendly, knowledgeable and proactive first impression of Redbrik.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
