The Redbridge SEND Therapy team is seeking an experienced therapist to join their expanding team. This well‑supported role, equivalent to a band 6 on the NHS Agenda for Pay grading, will provide clinical and managerial leadership that inspires, motivates and empowers therapists in delivering excellent services for children and young people with special or additional needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership within the Therapy team.
  • Motivate and empower therapists to deliver high‑quality service experience.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (MDT) colleagues to develop services and pathways.
  • Keep the team at the forefront of the latest developments and advancements in therapy provision.
