Position Details Full-time, permanent. We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner within our Children\’s Centres team. This is a full-time, permanent position. About Our Children\’s Centres Located in Redbridge, our centres serve children under 5 (up to 8 for children with special educational needs and disabilities) and their families. We provide services including early education, childcare, healthcare, support, training, and volunteering. Candidate Profile We seek a dedicated, enthusiastic practitioner with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to working collaboratively, and a qualification in Childcare at NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage a diverse workload. Responsibilities Contribute to achieving Development Matters outcomes and EYFS objectives in line with council strategies. Develop and deliver high-quality services for children and families. Facilitate groups for families with children under 5. Identify needs and provide support through group interventions. Offer advice on parenting, home learning, and related topics.
