Working Hours: 30 hrs per week, TTO (39 weeks), 1 INSET Day. Mon to Fri: 8:15am – 3:00pm, 4:15pm – 5:15pm on one day, 3:40pm – 4:40pm on one day.

Description: We are currently looking for caring, enthusiastic, and proactive Teaching Assistants to join our team. This is a rewarding role supporting students in their learning and development, both in and out of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching staff in delivering high-quality learning across a range of subjects
  • Work with individual students and small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress
  • Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
  • Promote positive behaviour and provide emotional and social support to students
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and support activities such as trips, events, and enrichment opportunities
