- Working hours: 3 days per week (usually Tuesday to Thursday, some flexibility), term time only (39 weeks)

We are looking to recruit a Pre‑School Home Visitor for the Early Years SEND Support Team (EYSENDST). The role involves working with children and families primarily in their own homes and in group settings, providing advice and educational support for young children with the most complex SEN and medical issues, under the direction of the Team Manager.
Key responsibilities include specialist assessment, advice and support for children aged 0 to 5 years with a range of special educational needs and/or disabilities across early year settings, and supporting families to meet their child’s full potential.
Proof of right to work in the UK is required.
