We’re looking for a Second in Science who will also take on the role of Redbridge Lead Practitioner—a position designed for outstanding classroom practitioners who want whole-school influence without leaving the classroom behind.
The role
You’ll combine departmental leadership in science with a broader remit to drive teaching and learning improvement across the school. This dual focus means you’ll mentor colleagues, lead professional development, and model exceptional practice while maintaining your own teaching commitment.
