We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively selling our VR hardware, storage solutions, and complete immersive systems. You will manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and quoting through to closing deals and nurturing customer relationships — while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell RedboxVR’s portfolio of VR hardware, all-in-one portable VR kits, intelligent charging & storage solutions, UV-C sanitisation systems, and immersive VR/AR content to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound inquiries, outbound prospecting, and pipeline development.
  • Handle incoming email and phone inquiries professionally, quickly assess customer needs, and produce accurate, competitive quotes to shorten the sales cycle.
  • Conduct effective follow-ups on quotes and opportunities, negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales successfully.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across education, corporate training, and enterprise sectors to drive repeat business, upsells, and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, quotes, orders, and pipeline activity in our CRM systems (Sage and HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical support, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop expert product knowledge of VR headsets (Pico, HTC VIVE, Meta), storage solutions, and turnkey VR systems to confidently demonstrate value and position solutions effectively.
  • Contribute to sales reporting, forecasting, and continuous improvement of the CRM database to support team performance and business growth.
  • Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks when required, while keeping a primary focus on revenue-generating activities.

What We’re Looking For in a Sales Executive

  • Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 2 years), ideally in technology, hardware, education technology (EdTech), or AV solutions.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong experience in the full sales cycle: lead qualification, quoting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (experience with HubSpot or similar is highly desirable).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience selling hardware, IT solutions, or immersive technology (VR/XR is a strong advantage).
  • Knowledge of the education or corporate training sectors.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive business development.
  • Basic technical understanding of VR/XR hardware and applications.
