Class-B Roll-Off Driver

Redbox+ Dumpsters of Lehigh Valley is currently hiring for a Class‑B Roll‑Off Driver in the Easton area. We are looking for friendly, respectful, timely, self‑motivated, and safe CDL Class A & B Drivers. Redbox+ is a boutique, family‑owned company that offers a patented combination portable toilet and dumpster. We seek a driver who can maintain close relationships with project managers, respect homeowners and their property, safely operate a specially equipped Kenworth T‑370 tandem truck, manage time effectively, and isn’t afraid of getting a little dirty.

Typical Schedule

Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 4:00 pm; must be available one Saturday per month.

Duties

• Deliver roll‑off/portable toilet combination containers to customer job sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform safety pre‑trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/service portable toilets
• Tarp containers during transport
• Empty wastewater tank at disposal sites

Skills

• Excellent time‑management skills to ensure on‑time delivery & pick‑up
• Safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions
• Navigate high‑traffic roads, driveways, tight overhead environments
• Highly skilled backing and maneuvering when necessary
• Professional interactions with customers and courteous behavior with all members of the public

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must provide current driver’s license and access to driving record
• Excellent driving record
• Valid/current Class A or B CDL
• Pass a background check
• Pass drug tests before and during employment
• Legally able to work in the U.S.
• Familiarity with the greater Lehigh Valley area

Compensation

$30.00 per hour.
