We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing visual concepts and graphic materials to support Redboon’s marketing, corporate, and client-facing communications. The role focuses on producing professional digital and print design outputs that clearly communicate information, support branding objectives, and meet business requirements.

This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals suitable for a technology consultancy audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visual concepts and graphic materials in line with business briefs, communication objectives, and brand guidelines.
  • Produce digital and print design outputs including brochures, presentations, reports, case studies, banners, and other corporate or marketing materials.
  • Create graphics and layouts for corporate documents, proposals, consultancy documentation, and client‑facing deliverables.
  • Develop visual content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and professional presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, consulting, and project teams to interpret requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Essential Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer in a commercial or professional environment.
  • Ability to design and develop visual concepts to meet business and client requirements.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience producing digital and print‑based design materials, such as marketing collateral, corporate documents, and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, branding, and visual consistency.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and translate information into clear and effective visual designs.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver design outputs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
Desirable Skills & Experience (Non‑Essential Enhancements)
  • Experience using Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and basic visual effects (VFX).
  • Experience in video editing and video production, including post‑production activities.
  • Practical knowledge of video recording, camera operation, lighting, and cinematography principles.
  • Experience creating visual or video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with additional creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, or other graphic and video editing software.
  • Awareness of current design and multimedia trends relevant to digital and corporate communications.
