Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Construction Site Project Manager to join our team in Portsmouth for a secure project. The successful candidate will oversee all site activities, ensuring the project is completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

– Project Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive construction plans, manage resources, and ensure timely project delivery.

– Safety and Environmental Leadership: Foster a strong safety culture, comply with regulations, and implement sustainable practices.

– Resource Coordination: Ensure adequate personnel, equipment, and materials are available to meet project needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

– Valid CSCS card

– SMSTS qualification

– Proven experience managing secure facilities construction projects

– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

– Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards

– Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
