January 2025 START – £330 per day DV Security Cleared Security Manager / Consultant / Clerk of Works / NEC Supervisor / Construction Site Project Manager / M & E MEP Project Manager / Supervisor / Inspector / Quality Controller Role Details Security Manager / Consultant / Clerk of Works / NEC Supervisor with experience of Undertaking inspections of construction & M&E works in progress on new-build and refurbishment projects within the Defence and / or other Security sectors. Responsibilities And Duties Verifying compliance with drawings, warranty standards and employers requirements Preparing written reports with supporting photographs to a high standard and submit in a timely manner. Completing regular inspections to record any defects identified throughout construction. Ensure these are communicated and escalated to the appropriate person as identified within the contract. Organising snagging end of defect inspections Keep current with building regulations and compliance and Continued Professional Development. Attend project related meetings and report on quality, defects, and health & safety issues on site. Maintaining a good client relationship throughout Act as the Clients eyes-on representative and liaise and communicate with Stakeholders and Contractors. Essential Skills And Experience Full driving license required. Current DV Security clearance Desirable But Not Essential Skills And Experience Be an Accredited NEC Supervisor or working towards gaining accreditation. Be able to demonstrate a knowledge of NEC and JTC contracts. Have an understanding of the RIBA Stages or other recognised construction industry delivery implementation. Have a Design, Architectural, Trade or other related construction / M & E background, preferably (but not essential) with site project management experience. Preferred But Not Essential Qualifications / Educational Requirements Clerk of Works ICWIC accredited / accreditation is highly desirable. Other designations such CIOB, CABE, ICE, CIBSE will also be considered. JBRP1_UKTJ
