We\'re growing, and now we\'re hiring a Freelance Speaker Booker to join the team.
About the Role
This is a business development role with a media + PR twist.
You\'ll be driving visibility for big-name clients (former COOs, CSOs, Presidents, and Founders) by pitching them for high-value speaking opportunities across global events and podcasts.
You don’t need to know everything - training and support are built in. What we do need is someone with sharp instincts, great communication skills, and the energy to close deals.
You\'ll Be Responsible For:
- Researching the right events, conferences, and podcasts for each client
- Writing custom, compelling outreach emails and speaker pitches
- Managing 20–30 leads at once with strong follow-through
- Booking paid speaking engagements (not free exposure gigs)
- Keeping detailed tracking of outreach status and responses
You\'re a fit if you:
- Have experience in PR, podcast booking, virtual assistance with outreach, or outbound sales
- Can write an email that actually gets a reply
- Are highly organised, self-managed, and love a good follow-up
- Are curious, coachable, and comfortable working solo (with support)
- Have a genuine interest in media, personal branding, and thought leadership
What we offer:
- £500–£1,000/month base (depending on experience)
