✔ Tenham formação em Pedagogia ou Letras (concluído ou em andamento)

- Participação em projetos pedagógicos, eventos culturais ou atividades extracurriculares será um diferencial.
- Familiaridade com as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais, BNCC e fundamentos da educação bilíngue.
- Ter atuado em escolas que valorizam a afetividade, a ludicidade e o desenvolvimento integral do aluno é altamente desejável.
- Certificados internacionais de proficiência em inglês (Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS, entre outros) serão considerados um diferencial relevante.
