We’re seeking a Sales Representative with 3-7 years of B2B sales experience to drive new business growth at MilitaryHire.com. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of quota achievement in SaaS or staffing/recruiting sales and excels at navigating enterprise accounts. You’ll connect employers with military veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses—making a meaningful impact while building a lucrative sales career.
- Base Salary: $75,000 (based on experience)
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000+
- Commission: Uncapped commission with accelerators for over‑performance
- Benefits: Unlimited PTO
- Location: Moscow, Idaho
- Reports To: CEO, MilitaryHire.com
- Ramp Time: 90 days to full quota
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to consistently exceed an annual quota of $750K, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for both SaaS platform subscriptions and recruiting services.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with HR leaders and Talent Acquisition executives at mid‑market and enterprise companies, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations that showcase the value of military talent.
- Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot CRM.
