An established professional services firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join its growing team in Edinburgh. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of mid-market transactions and play a key role in originating and delivering deals across Scotland.
The Role
- You will be responsible for managing corporate finance engagements from start to finish, working closely with senior stakeholders, clients, and deal teams.
- The role combines hands-on execution with relationship management and business development.
- Leading M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side), valuations, and advisory projects.
- Managing the full deal lifecycle: preparation, execution, and completion.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining trusted advisory relationships.
- Supporting partners/directors with business development and proposal activity.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
- Contributing to the growth and profile of the corporate finance team locally.
About You
