Your mission at redalpine is to back a better tomorrow. We partner with founders building the next wave of category-defining companies. As we continue to scale our growth-stage investing activities, we are looking for an exceptional growth equity investor to join our team.

You’ve built a strong foundation in growth equity, investment banking, private equity, or top-tier consulting. You are highly analytical, fluent in financial modelling, and able to quickly form conviction on what drives outstanding business performance. Here, you’ll take full ownership from day one: driving the analysis behind our growth-stage investments and working closely with exceptional founders as they scale their businesses.

This role offers a rare opportunity to accelerate your career at the intersection of venture and growth investing, combining the analytical rigour of top-tier investing with the speed and ambition of working directly with Europe’s most ambitious founders and fast-scaling technology companies.

  • Drive deal execution: lead financial analysis, valuation, and commercial due diligence on growth-stage opportunities.
  • Build operating models: run returns and scenario analyses, and stress-test investment theses.
  • Own the investment case: draft Investment Committee memos that translate diligence into clear, defensible recommendations on market, unit economics, competitive position, and risk.
  • Source the next winners: develop sector theses, map markets, and engage with high-quality growth-stage founders and operators across Europe.
  • Support portfolio companies: work with founders on financial planning, KPI frameworks, follow-on financings, and exit preparation.

Your profile includes:

  • Corporate finance foundation: 1-3 years full-time experience in growth equity, private equity, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting.
  • Analytical rigour: advanced financial modelling skills, fluency with SaaS, marketplace, and consumer metrics, and the ability to dissect financial statements with precision.
  • Commercial judgement: you go beyond the model and form and defend a view on a company, a market, or a thesis.
  • Brains & bias to action: top academic background and decisive operator mindset, with the ownership to drive workstreams under deal timelines.
  • Network: early relationships across European tech, finance, and the investor community, and the appetite to build many more.
  • Presence: you inspire trust with founders, teams, and investors alike.

Why us?

  • Impact from day one: real ownership of live deals, with your analysis directly shaping investment outcomes.
  • High performance, no ceiling: a high-performance environment with exceptional talent, fast decision-making, and room to grow with the platform.
  • Career rocket fuel: deep exposure to Europe’s VC ecosystem, from founders to LPs, with a clear path to senior investment roles.
  • Founder proximity: work with Europe’s most ambitious founders at the moment their companies truly scale.
  • Bold vision: we back the extraordinary - and so do you.
