- Source the next winners: develop sector theses, map markets, and engage with high-quality growth-stage founders and operators across Europe.
- Support portfolio companies: work with founders on financial planning, KPI frameworks, follow-on financings, and exit preparation.
Your profile includes:

- Analytical rigour: advanced financial modelling skills, fluency with SaaS, marketplace, and consumer metrics, and the ability to dissect financial statements with precision.
- Commercial judgement: you go beyond the model and form and defend a view on a company, a market, or a thesis.
- Brains & bias to action: top academic background and decisive operator mindset, with the ownership to drive workstreams under deal timelines.
- Network: early relationships across European tech, finance, and the investor community, and the appetite to build many more.
- Presence: you inspire trust with founders, teams, and investors alike.
